We use LONG PASS, a land-sea-rail integrated production parts transportation system, to assist production at Toyota Motor plants in areas remote from their headquarters in Aichi.

Transportation network

In order to efficiently transport production parts that are brought in from Toyota Motor’s plants and other component manufacturers, we manage trailer operations and the delivery of production parts from our control center (Kamigo Consolidation Center) to achieve just-in-time, highly efficient transportation.
Parts produced in the Chubu region are gathered at the Kamigo Parts Consolidation Center and transported to their destinations—to Hokkaido by sea, to Tohoku by sea or rail, and to Kyushu, via Hiroshima, by land (trucks and trailers).

At the Kamigo Vanning Center (KVC), a Toyota Motor packing plant, we pack parts for production plants overseas and load them into shipping containers.
